Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or email.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

• bKash / Nagad

• Online Payment Gateways (e.g., SSLCommerz)

⚠️ Full payment is required before dispatch (except for COD orders).

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Bangladesh via trusted courier partners.

Delivery Charges:

• Inside Dhaka: As per delivery partner rates

• Outside Dhaka: Charges may vary depending on location

Estimated Delivery Time:

• Inside Dhaka: 2–4 working days

• Outside Dhaka: 3–7 working days

Delays due to public holidays, weather, or courier disruptions are beyond our control.

5. Cancellation & Return Policy

• Order Cancellation: Allowed within 24 hours of placing the order

• Returns: Must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product

• Return Shipping: Paid by customer unless the item is defective or wrongly delivered

Refunds:
Processed to your original payment method within 7 working days after quality inspection.
